By using this website or enrolling in a Sinapi LLC program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Sinapi provides business coaching, group membership, intensive engagements, and a free community. Program descriptions, formats, and pricing on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. Specific terms for a paid engagement are set out in the agreement or checkout terms you receive when you enroll.

Coaching is guidance, not a guarantee. Your results depend on your effort, decisions, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site or in a session is a promise of income, revenue, or business outcomes.

Sinapi is not a law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser, or medical provider. Information shared through the site or coaching is educational. Consult a qualified professional before making legal, tax, financial, or health decisions.

• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You may cancel a recurring membership at any time before the next billing date; access continues through the paid period.
• Intensive engagements are booked and paid according to the terms in your engagement agreement.
• Missed sessions are not refundable, though we will reschedule when you give reasonable notice.

The free community and group spaces exist to help people build. Keep what others share confidential, be honest, and treat people with respect. We may remove content or revoke access for harassment, spam, misrepresentation, or unlawful behavior.

The content, frameworks, worksheets, and materials on this site and in our programs are owned by Sinapi LLC. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or teach them as your own without written permission.

You keep ownership of anything you share with us. You grant Sinapi permission to use it as needed to deliver your program, and to reference it anonymously in teaching unless you tell us otherwise.

The site may link to tools and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinapi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Fresno County, California.
