This is the core of Sinapi. A live group coaching call every week where I teach and coach in real time. Homework after every call, with my feedback on it. A member community where I'm actually in the room. We do the soil work first: your gifts, your character, your clarity. Then the seed work: your model, your offer, your first customers. When you're ready, and only then, we finalize the plan and make the business official. And launching doesn't graduate you out. You stay, you keep getting help on real problems, and you become proof for the next person.

A small number of people need me personally, deeply, and hands-on. That's the Intensive. I keep it capped at two to three active clients so the depth stays real. We validate your model, build your pricing and first offer, handle your website, build a 90-day launch plan, practice your sales conversations, and go find your first customer.
