Sinapi LLC ("Sinapi," "we," "us") is a business coaching practice based at 1955 Broadway St, Fresno, CA 93721. You can reach us any time at brandon@sinapillc.com.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, and anything you write in the contact form or share during a call or coaching session.
• Program information. Notes, goals, and materials you share while participating in the Membership, the Intensive, or the free community.
• Basic technical information. Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, referring page, browser type, and approximate location.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
• To deliver coaching, community access, and program materials.
• To send updates about Sinapi programs when you have asked to hear from us.
• To keep the site working, secure, and useful.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, scheduling, payment processing, and website hosting — and only as needed to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.

What you share in a coaching session stays between us. We may reference anonymized themes in teaching or marketing, but we will never identify you or use your story publicly without your written permission.

This site may use cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use the pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live (including California), you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Email brandon@sinapillc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Sinapi's services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
